Academic Programmes HOTEL MANAGEMENT STUDIES - Annamalai University

Graduate level courses in Hotel Management are

  1. B.Sc (Hotel Management and Tourism) eligibility for it is pass in Intermediate / 10 + 2. It is of 3 year duration.
  2. BBA (Aviation, Tourism & Hospitality Management) eligibility for it is Pass in Pre-University / HSE / 10 + 2 or an equivalent examination. It is of 3 year duration.

Post Graduate level courses in Hotel Management are

  1. M.Sc (Hotel Management) eligibility for it is Bachelors Degree (BHM). It is of 2 year duration.
  2. MBA (Hotel Management and Tourism) eligibility for it is any Graduate Degree (only 10+2+3 pattern) or an equivalent examination. It is of 2 year duration.

Diploma level courses of 6 months duration in Hotel Management are

  1. Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology
  2. Diploma in Front Office Management
  3. Diploma in House Keeping Management
  4. Diploma in Food and Beverages Production
  5. Diploma in Food and Beverages Service

PG Diploma level course in Hotel Management is PG Diploma in Hotel Management of 1 year duration.

The working hours for all the Study Centres are as follows:
Week days: 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
                  1.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Sunday:      10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

The Second Monday of every month and all Tuesdays and Public Holidays are holidays for the Study Centres except that at Annamalainagar.
